STILL SHAKING THE TABLE PART 3. By Tobe Eze

STILL SHAKING THE TABLE PART 3

This girl stole the table and ran into a saloon thinking that I will not see the table again. I went into the shop and stayed inside there to break the table. Five persons who were the shop were listening to me. What I saw there reminded me of an experience I had some years ago.

I attended a wedding mass of my secondary school classmate. The mass was scheduled to begin by 11am and I did not know, I went there earlier thinking it was 10am mass.  Continue Reading................

SHAKING THE TABLE PART 2 By Tobe Eze

 SHAKING THE TABLE PART 2

Someone should please help me remove bottles from this table that I want to shake now. Boys have drank well I do not want to break any bottle, I only want to shake the table and if possible break one leg.

Why is it that in a particular area now, ụmụ Boi not even ndị Oga are now planning on how to deceive some girls during Christmas, instead of how to do fast and be Oga on their own? Some have saved enough money for the project and some are still saving more. They are chatting with some girls now giving them high hopes and these ignorant daughters of Eve are now thinking that their weddings will be on January 1st. Ụmụ Eve, bikonu wake up, they are just coming to deceive you and go back to base. They show their friends your chats with him and they are mocking you now. Continue Reading........

MAKE I SHAKE THE TABLE SMALL. By Tobe Eze

MAKE I SHAKE THE TABLE SMALL

In so many Nollywood movies, we do see how poor wretched boys fall in love with rich beautiful girls and they will end up marrying themselves despite the odds they will suffer. Also we see beautiful poor girls and they will fall in love with poor boys and agree to work for better future. Some novels before go by names like “The Rich Girl and the Poor Boy”, “The Servant Boy and the Princess”. In some movies, you see some using flute, ball, farm work and so on to get rich girls and at last they will marry each other.

Again, we, see beautiful girls and even rich girls falling in love with disabled boys, we are always happy seeing that. I for one enjoy that type of film like mad. I always watch them for I see hope for the hopeless in them. Continue Reading..........

LOT’S WIVES EVERYWHERE By Tobe Eze

 LOT’S WIVES EVERYWHERE

We are very conversant with the story of how the wife of Lot turned into a pillar of salt when she looked back on their flight out from Sodom. Because of ordinary turning, she turned into a pillar of salt, if this generation existed then or if the experience should repeat itself, I am certainly that the number of pillars of salt will be more than the world population. It surprises me that we have lost it entirely that we cannot control ourselves in very simple things around us.

I gave you my phone to see a message that someone sent me. After seeing it, you left the message, entered my WhatsApp and searched all my chats. I lost my privacy to you because I showed you a message. After that, you entered Facebook messenger and searched all my chats. And lastly, you checked my normal message and everything checkable. State CID Weldon oooo. Why would you not turn into a pillar of salt?

In this article we are going to discuss in details the issues concerning parenting and responsibilities.

The reason for this is because in our society today, many parents have failed in their responsibilities to their children and this has led to increase in immorality and child labor as the order of the day. You hardly find a modern family that is built with the main family culture and respect which has brought about conflicts and separation amongst families in the name of western culture. Indeed, western culture has done a lot of good to us in terms of the way we think, act, communicate and also helped us to do away with cultures that has to do with encroaching in the rights of individuals in a given society, indiscriminate killing and shedding of innocent blood all in the name of culture and religion. TO YOU MY DREAREST By Tobe Eze

  TO  YOU MY DREAREST

My dearest one, I wish to tell you something but I would like to tell you a short story before that. This story will help me a little to clear the ground for what I wish to tell you.

In a certain autonomous community, the King died. After the burial and funeral, another king was needed. Two persons indicated interest, the first was well known personality in the community and the other was known but not like the first. Anywhere the first passed, people hailed him as the Igwe elect. He was already carrying himself as one. He needed no campaign again for his personality was enough campaign. The second person was struggling to make himself known and he was meeting known men and women in the community. He met the youths and even children. Continue Reading....................

SHALL WE TRY JUNGLE JUSTICE? By Tobe Eze

SHALL WE TRY JUNGLE JUSTICE?

On Friday, 3rd week of September 2021 which was on 17th, my very good friend and classmate was brutally dealt with by unknown cutlass men just because of his phone. He is still in the hospital suffering pains and spending from the nose because of fellow boys. They stopped two bikes, one in the front and the other at the back. One of them who was with the cutlass went down. Immediately they requested for the phone, he landed the cutlass on his head. Continue Reading...............

DO NOT CONDEMN THE YAHOO BOYS By Tobe Eze

DO NOT CONDEMN THE YAHOO BOYS

It is often seen that condemning people and their actions is very easy but recognising that we are into the same sin is very difficult. Worst still is even when we are worst than the people we condemn. Any little opportunity given to us to advise, preach, admonish, talk to people, we turn it into a judgement throne without accessing our own lives. I am not in anyway saying that we should not condemn bad acts, but I wish the condemnation should start from us before going to others. Why do I titled this, “do not condemn yahoo boys?” Continue Reading..........

Ndị Nsukka and shadows By Tobe Eze

 Ndị Nsukka and shadows

The disheartening thing about this generation is that they prefer the shadow more than the object. Always looking for a place to damage something or life in the name of one stupid thing or the other. In this country where the government has made even the unborn children to complain about hardship is where my people ndị Nsukka are always busy with some stupid activities

Firstly, this year 2021, I can say without fear of lying that about three persons lost their lives during the activities of either Akatakpa, Odo, Oriokpa, Kakpo, or Omabe etc. These youths involving in these activities are being supported by those who are holding the keys to their destiny and instead of working towards releasing themselves, they will tell you that even our men in the government are supporting us, omenala anyị ekpokogu (our tradition will not go into extinction). Where are their own direct sons and brothers? They bring money and you bring your life and destiny. Be wise ndị youth Nsukka. Continue Reading..................
